Two-talent Christians. You know, we’re the ones wondering how those five-talent Christians do it. We gladly and faithfully invest everything we have into the Kingdom of God. We’ve read Matthew chapter 25 and we know that as we invest those two talents, we will gain more. But those five-on-their-way-to-ten talent Christians simply baffle us. We are so not them. They have five children, home-school, start three businesses (which are all successful), keep their cars immaculate and still have time to run the Sunday School, go to Board meetings, preach every other Sunday and organize the prayer chain.
The rest of us, with our two talents, have uncounted piles of dirty laundry, can’t find the can of Lysol, barely make it to work on time and end up at the drive-through for fast-food on the way to our small group. We can barely keep up with the prayer requests from our ten-talent brothers and sisters. We want to see great things happen but we feel vastly unqualified.
Is there a place in ministry for us? We haven’t studied theology but we do pray. We don’t want to be on stage but we do want to see God move. We can’t sing on pitch but we love to worship. We can’t preach sermons but we do know our scriptures. We pray and we want to be faithful.
Do we fit in anywhere? Can we learn to “do ministry?” Can God still use us with our two talents?

innerACTS helps you to learn to minister like Jesus did - with healing, power, and love. This is real-world ministry to the issues of life that we all face. We lead retreats, seminars and conferences all with a "hands on", practical approach that all can learn to do.
Learning to Pray Like Jesus weekend - 5 teaching sessions on the foundations of a hearing from God and praying for others. This weekend retreat format opens up deeper levels of communication and provides a framework to begin to minister healing to the deepest needs of people in your world. It's about how to minister the healing touch of God through prayer.
God's Healing from the Inside Out series – 10 session series covering a broad spectrum of issues in a culture current, creative way. This is a healing discipleship program to train you how to lead groups to address head-on the deep issues that people struggle with. Topics include forgiveness, abuse, confession, temptation, addiction, masks, idols, anger, father/mother issues, gender, sexuality, co-dependency and boundaries. The focus is practical ministry to experience healing for yourself and to minister to healing to others. Small groups provide a safe, confidential, and caring place to share your stories and minister to others.
Leadership training - training small group leaders, youth workers and others to address deeper issues that surface as participants develop and deepen their walk with God. Format can be tailored to your situation. Topics include leadership dynamics, ministry giftings, creating a safe place, vulnerability, how to address healing, interactive teaching.
