History

innerACTS was born in 1996 as the cross\fire ministry of Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance, a youth ministry and leadership training ministry located in Ambridge, PA.  As a result of seeing the massive increase in the brokenness of this and the next generation of youth, Rock The World recognized that healing must be integrated in youth ministry, and thus created the cross\fire ministry arm of Rock the World to fill that need.  Now as its own non-profit, innerACTS (formerly cross\fire) is a para-church ministry focused on bringing culture-current materials to healing ministry, and healing ministry to students, youth workers and adult ministry leaders.

innerACTS developed "SOULutions: Relational Healing for the Next Generation" published by Desert Stream Ministries in 1999 and "Tough Stuff" published in 2003 by Youth Specialties.  Our own curriculum "Interactions for innerACTS" includes 22 sessions on a broad range of issues for healing. 

innerACTS leads training seminars, conference workshops and retreats across the country, taking concepts from healing ministry and adapting them to creatively and powerfully communicate to adults and student audiences.
